1 DVD movie broken down in 2 seperate folders

Need help on how to join this movie in 1 DVD.
I converted both from avi to mpeg on my hard drive.
however, I am having a hard time joining hese 2 together.
I read some guides..
however, none seemed to help.

What programs have you tried, I personally use
DVDLab to do this

www.mediachance.com (look for DVDLab) 30 day free trial

you can add menus chapters and much more

it is very simple to link the first file and the second file together to make it ONE
