The i5 and i7 800 series require 4 GB RAM. not 6 but the corsair memory is a good choice no matter which set you get.

Hate to say it but drop the ASUS mobo. I hear ASUS put down on this forum alot. I didnt believe it and paying the price as my board is dieing with in a year.

Drop the video card for a 4890.

The case looks good but its not going to have very good air flow at a glance.

HD = WD 1 TB Caviar black
PSU = Corsair 250 will get the job done.
DVD Drive = Sony or LG

Yeah I'd recommend changing the board to a P55-UD3R and the GPU to a Radeon HD4890, much more powerful than the GTX260 for the same price.

xplorer4- do you have a link for the psu?

sammorris- The memory standard for the P55-UD3R is Memory Standard DDR3 2200/1333/1066/800. Does it mean ddr3 1600 wouldn't work on it?

No, Gigabyte messed up the specs. It supports 1600mhz memory too.

Sorry I meant Corsair 520. Search for that on newegg and you will have better results then Corsair 250. Sorry for the typo :p

The HX 520 is discontinued. You will have to use the 650HX or 650TX instead.

Thxx. I'm going to switch the case to antec 900 so it'll have more airflow but how will i know if the 650tx would fit in it?

I'm assuming you already own one? If not, I'd advise against the 900 and ask you to get an NZXT Tempest instead, it's a much better version of the same design with far fewer flaws.
