120 mins on dvd-r?

    When a dvd-r says 120 mins, does that mean that is the maximum amount of video u can put into it?

    No it just means thts the recommended amount and im not sure but i think thts the max you can put on using a stand aloan recorder.I hope this is of some help to you.It also ordipends what programes you are using.

    thanks for the info. if i go past 2 hrs, will the quality of the video decrease? im using dvdsanta,btw.
