@everyone....I had to look up "leet speak" in google. Here I was, all this time, thinking that prOn was just some strange spelling for a large jumbo shrimp. Oh well.
nope, they just couldn't come out and directly admit that they liked the female form....they had to work around it immaturely :-o
leet speak was cool several years ago. now its mainstream and that disgusts me. noob was mostly my word for years and now everyone says it.
When I looked up "leet speak" in google, I was rather amazed at how involved it got. Stange that someone would put that much time into learning something so totally useless!
I couldnt read half of that "leet" talk and rather glad I never took the time to understand. I only program at a basic level (automated visual inspection systems) and am glad that that jargon has nothing to do with the real world. The subject of pr0n though I may be a bit of an expert. The term was started as a way for spammers and web phishers to get around email spam blockers and filters by flipping a few letters/characters around without losing the basic intent.
leet will be around for quite some time, but i bet it will die down in a few years. tho our kids will have to live with a new leet generation bringing the oldschool geek lingo..
Off subject but curious: I said somewhere in a back post the this leet speak looked like some of those wierd fonts in MS Word. I'm just wondering if anyone knows what purpose those fonts serve.
reminds me of something else. i think i posted this link many many months ago. its still funny for almost all of you who havnt seen it. http://www.thenetw0rk.com/features/microshaft.shtml
