@PAN5Y ... I need to find an adopted Dad who will buy me a Bentley. Any chance your Dad needs another son? I'm very quiet, I don't eat much, I'm fully litter box trained and while I haven't been neutered, I'm very sexually responsible and I won't even hump his leg unless he somehow find it pleasurable LOL!

@Escalante ... methinks auslander bees one of those idol worshipping pagan types who is into those egyptian half beast half human god critters. I recently bought a sculpture of the egyptian god Annubis and thought of Auslander when I got it:

LOL! A hell of a sculpture though, isn't it? He's the egyptian god of mummification though ... sounds like that could get kinky.

@Wolfboy...would you like me to create a work of art for your dorm wall? Perhaps a drawing of Anubis ... umber wax or soft umber pastel on parchment methinks. I'll take a whole bunch of photographs of the sculpture and do a drawing from them or composite of them. Doesn't have to be Anubis...whatever. Consider it a christmas present though it probably wouldn't be finished until you have the letters Ph.D. after your name LOL! A navy captain once said of me, "Dufresne, if procrastination were a virtue, you'd be first among the saints". I'm still flattered to this very day LOL!

I'm quite a good artist you know...that, in addition to being a brilliant and humble musician LOL! Here are a couple of samples of my work. The first is a 3'.5 X 3'.5 drawing. Black wax (rather like a fancy crayola lol) on grey paper. Color here is screwed up though, I've got to fix it. You'll notice an odd marking on the left cheek. I was drawing in the park and as I was putting the finishing touches on it, a bird pooped on her left cheek. Cheeky eh?

The second is a large 4' X 5' oil of a black kitty; i thought it was my friends cat but now I'm not too sure; it was quite a while ago. This is one of my favorites because it was part of an experiment of painting artwork meant to be seen at a distance. Most artwork is downscaled landscapes, seascapes, still life or whatever. At a distance, all you can see is frames on the wall but not the art. This painting and quite a few others was an exercise in the opposite....a small object....a flower or in this case, the face of a cat, drawn many times its size. The kitty you see here is as it would appear from some twenty feet away.

I really haven't drawn in a while but its time to get my act together again. I'd like to draw you something....if that's cool, let me know.





Too bad I can't put a lot of my work on the site but their nuddies ... I did a lot of work for competitions long ago....started on men's room walls but seemed more legitimate if I did it for prestigious competitions. I entered many but only ever won one (second). Ah well, enough of my boasting LOL!

@PAN5Y ... Cool! I always wanted a kid brother. Now your dad (our dad) is likely to find it strange having a son older than he is but I'm sure all these little things will work out in the end LOL!

@PAN5Y...[bold]WHAAAATTTTTT????[/bold] In just a matter of a half hour I went from a new Bentley to a used Porche! Hell....treated like a step son already! Next thing you know, you'll be going to the fancy affairs while the wicked step dad makes me stay home and polish the cars and mow the lawn. Child abuse already! LOL!

new bentley to used porsche? lol, stfw? i'd settle for a new sound system, wheels, tires, tranny, and turbo in my car. ^.^

 

i got a nice sound system in my saburu i love the stock verison and im not changing it...

 

the upgraded system in '05 became the stock system in '06.

i'm just waiting for the diesel; i'm gonna pull a tranny from a STI, have it re-geared with the 5 i have now and a tallboy on top. before i can afford that, i'm going to put on an upgraded CB antenna, though, and a smaller subwoofer mounted under the passenger's seat. maybe get the trailer hitch, too. those are the only upgrades i'll ever make, though. everything else is perfect.

...well, maybe a roll-cage.

.......and the engine swap may not happen, at least with my current Impreza, but the other stuff will. more likely, i'll pick up a Subaru Brat and rebuild it to use as an efficient work truck, sticking the diesel in that with a nice turbo. 350 horsepower, 400 ft-lbs of torque in a small truck sounds delightful for all my needs.
