3DS Flash Card

    I've just boght my son a 3DS for Christmas. It is version 2.1.0-4E. What is the best flash card to get for his 3DS? Will both DS and 3DS roms work? Obviously I don't want to risk bricking his machine. Thanks

    R4i gold is good,but alittle expensive.
    i choose ACE3DS.not very popular but really cheap,and easy for freshman.
    if you dont need too many function,i think it's perfact for you.
    ofcouse it's supports Nintendo 3DS ver 2.1.0-4(J,E,U) as well as the newest DSi V1.4.3 Firmware perfectly.

    Thanks for that. I'll probably go for the r4i gold as its not too expensive and I'm used to the r4 cards from his ds lite. Will the r4i gold card play both 2d and 3d roms

    If the 3ds flash cards can't play 3ds roms I don't think i'll bother getting one. My son has a DS lite to play 2D games on. I'll wait until there's a card that will play 3ds roms.

    The flashcard wont support 3DS roms but just can play DS games in 3DS console.You can choose R4i SDHC 3DS or R4i Gold 3DS which works perfectly with 3DS latest firmware. But M3i Zero is higher recommened as resk free to upgrade but is a bit expensive, up to your choice.
