Depending on the files and structure, you may be able to simply copy all the vcd files into a single Video_TS folder and then use a transcoding program to record. If the VCDs are encrypted they may need to be ripped to the HD with DVD Decrypter. The other option might be to use Nero Vision Express or a similar app. It would have helped to know where the VCDs came from, how they were recorded, and the file format involved (regular video files?). SVCD is better quality than VCD and the end product will be no better and possibly worse than the quality of what you have. Hope that helps.
