I dont know if theres a thread out there that touches on this so i figured id ask.

i softmodded my xbox with the Softmod.Installer.Deluxe.v2.0 and am using unleashx
i used xboxhdm_v1.9 to upgrade the hdd
    i used the seagate 400gb Barracuda 7200.10 rpm (i think the model number is STX-L3510 (B) )

i can lock the hd and boot up from the xbox with it. it just goes extremly slow (when i use xbmc it takes about 2-3 min to show the xbmc logo and then about 3-5 more min to actually start)
and all the space doesnt show up.
    i get F: 124,125,276 and G:30,463,246
i went into the format menu and formated them both but thats the max i get

anything anyone can think of that i did wrong?
