5 or 6 PCI ATX Motherboard 2 pci E

    Let me ask you is 64bit better then 32bit

    Faster for some things, but a lot less compatible. Stick with 32-bit XP, it's fine.

    ok one last question I currently have my PC setup to my HDTV with a VGA & Audio splitter just so I can watch and operate my PC from a Distance is there a better way to hookup my Pc to my HDTV. Thats why I was looking at the board with hdmi so I can just use 1 cable. So is there a better way

    Use a DVI-HDMI adapter.

    So I would go vga to dvi to hdmi. Does that mean I will still need both Video and Audio Splitters.

    No, just DVI to HDMI from a graphics card.

    I did. Surely you can see that DVI-HDMI is the same as HDMI-DVI? :p

    Don't I need a HDMI (Female) to DVI (FEMALE) Take the Adapter plug it Directly into the graphics card then run a male hdmi from the adapter to the TV or Vise Versa.

    You want DVI male, because the connector on the graphics card will be female. As for what gender the HDMI part needs to be, that depends on what gender your cable is.

    Ok Lets run the list below what I need
    1. GIGABYTE GA-EP31-DS3L LGA 775 Intel P31 ATX Intel Motherboard
    2. I need a CPU
    3. hdmi-dvi adapter
    4. graphics card

    Is it possible to use my current old geforce 7100GS card until I get a new better one.
    What else do I need. Don't forget this motherboard has to be POWERFUL

    If your 7100GS is PCI express, then yes it will be possible.
    On your budget, this motherboard is about as powerful as you will find.
    Additionally, you will need DDR2 RAM, your current system might only use DDR1.

    I can probably squeeze out 60.00 more on a motherboard total 160.00. My current Pc use DDr2 PC2-4200 So do you know a Different board don't forget I also need a processor

    Sorry for Double Post... I just realize that the max memory is 4gb how much power can I get of of 4gb memory.
