6230 unlocking problem

Hi
I'm trying to unlock my 6230.

Its locked to t-mobile uk
IMEI No: 352953004875849


I have unlocking code: #pw+5832534858+1#

When the code is entered it says 'incorrect code'

What am I doing wrong? or is there a phone problem

Any help greatly appreciated

Insert a non accepted sim, most times it will show "Phone Restricted"
Press the UNDO option
You should see a box that says enter restriction code.
Enter the code given and then press (OK)
#pw+927 202 640 544 014+7#
ENTER CODE WITH OUT SPACES
