720p to DVD4.7 Possible?

    I have video in 720p it is 4.36GBs. I want to burn it to a normal DVD which is 4.7GB.
    Is there any possible way of doing this?

    No matter how extensive it is.. I REALLY don't want to go out and buy 1 Dual Layer DVD.

    I'm lookig for a tool similar to DVD Shrink or something.
