    How do I disable the DVD drive? It's broke and I would rather use a second hard drive in place of it.

    I have read DuoDuo40's method (http://www.xbox-scene.com/articles/2hdd-doudou40.php) and am under the impression that I just need a switch to disable the power cord to the DVD drive. I have yet to find this type of switch though.

    Anyone?

    I've read about adding an extra connector to the IDE (http://www.xbox-scene.com/articles/extra-connector-ide.php). Would this work or would it interfere with the 2 device limit?
