I got a simply from them just a month or two ago, now, I can't speak for the UK, but the item was shipped and received in less than two weeks, but they really gouge you for the shipping. ($20 USD) For whatever reason, the M3 team stopped making the white case and no, there are no other simply shells, sorry.
1. I havn't personally used gameyeeeah but I have seen it reccommended alot and it's also affiliated with gbatemp.net, also they should ship to the UK. 2. For quite a while now it is only possible to get the M3 DS Simply in the black casing. (basically the first batch came with both, and since then only black) 3.
