    not a fan of afl. can't stand it really.
    as for the other football code WHAT HAPPENED!!?!?

    the two favorites for the final got knocked out.

    does anyone here understand how on earth the NRL top 8 system works, cause im baffled.

    cowboys, who finished 6th, lost first round of finals are in the grand final, whereas parra and dragons, after one lose, are goneski.

    it makes no sense.

    arrgh.

    Do you follow any Australian footballers in the English premiership such as Kewell, Viduka, Schwarzer.

    i live in australia and we get huntsman spiders(up to 6inches long) and red back spider(deadly ones) and we get snakes.as for kangeroos i dont know if its legal to run them over but we do eat kangeroo meat and im sure in some parts aborigines hunt them.its legal to run cats over as long as you move the body to the side of the road.im a man united fan but we just dont get much coverage of english football or soccer as aussies call it.

    @gozilla

    I think what xboxdevil meant by there comment was that we dont get much coverage on free to air TV. SBS did have it a few years ago but now thats gone down the toilet and the only thing that is good that we get is the Champions League... But the rest of the matches that we get are soo old like at least a week to 2 weeks old...

    i mean coverage on normal tv not all of us can afford foxtel.and as for sbs sometimes i can get a decent picture sometimes i cant and if they actually put a man united game on im usually asleep by then anyway.

    I have an interesting question about Australia (language)

    The other day I was watching 'neighbours' (I only watch it for Sky Mangell....[bold]anyway[/bold])

    What I would like to know is...what does 'spunk' mean in Oz? A woman in the soap described Karl kennedy as 'spunk material'. I was LMAO...over here (London) spunk means ejaculation!

    Can one of you guys enlighten a rather confused Lethal :)
