Ok, I am trying to make a dvd from a mkv file what i do is extract the files with mkvextract , then convert them to dvd compliant files with tmpgenc 4.0 express and compile the dvd with dvd lab pro but when i try to watch the dvd the audio and subtitles are out of synch with the video, how can i fix this problem?

That's not exactly a question for the newbie section and not a common program, at least not around this part of the forum. You might be better off having a moderator move this thread to a more appropriate forum. Good luck with it.

The problem is in your encoding process. TMPG has been known for sync issues. Also, make sure you encode into separate Video/Audio streams so DVD Lab doesn't have to demux first.

    Edit: Misread original post.
