    no internet connection. check your blue button settings to ensure your box is internet connected

    I have light on the 500s and on my routet.
    What do I look for in the blue button settings ?

    press the blue button on your remote control and check your network settings????????

    It says Default CAM 1 Cam's installed.
    Common interface.

    BBc1 South CAM In the box in says Default.

    BSkyB CAM In the box it says Default

    well thats the start of ur problem. have you not downloaded cccam 2.1.4. u need this

    That's what I'm trying to do but when I press OK on nabilo image cams it gives me the error message.

    Please help.
    I have flashed image and scanned no problem.
    I have connected ethernet cable. I have orange lights inside the 500s and my router light channel is on.
    I have made sure dhcp and enable network is on.
    I press yellow twice on the remote. Press nabilosat add-ons download manager. When I press OK on nabilo image cams I get:
    Error downloading http://nabilosat.info/dreamnews/index.php?op=outcat&cat=NabiloCam(-2)

    What am I doing wrong ?

    You are not doing anything wrong for some reason you have no internet connection on the box, double check your ethernet connection and make sure the wires are pushed in, if you have a different ethernet cable try that, if that doesn't work your router must be your problem.

    I know the router's not the problem cause I've tried different outlets and I know they work coz I use them all the time.
    I've got another cable but I'm going to try and reflash image first.
    I don't seem to get the same blue menu as everyone else.
    I'm awya for a few days but I'll try when I get back.

    Hi Jackoooh

    I took your advice and got a c line from the site you suggested I installed it on the dreambox and it was working well initially however tonight the signal is freezing at regular intervals making it difficult to watch any program. I have mailed the supplier and I'm waiting a reply but just wondering if you know what might be causing it as I have second box working off a local c line and it works fine while the other freezes so that rules out the broadband and telecom?

    4 pod I have exactly the same problem since yesterday i also contacted them and more or less they told me that i was the only one in ireland complaining as they have many customers
    in ireland i am happy that you also have complained,i suppose we wait and see what happens

    Thats interesting I wonder what reply I will get. I'll let you know.
    How long have you been a customer and is this the first time you have had an issue with the service. My other box has a c line from a source in Cork but the telecom exchange in Carragaline is causing problems for the last few weeks with loss of signal for several minutes so this is why I'm testing this site as a provider.

    i have just joined recently on a friends recomendation,i am using homeplugs cause my box is away from the router,so i setup the box beside the router this morning connecteted the cable directly to the router results are much better glitching rather than freezing still annoying though,dont know my mates provider but it must be better than mine(eircon) it is a pain though

    Mine is not freezing much this morning watched it for an hour. I'm using a netgear print server to connect to the router in the next room. Will monitor it over the next few days see how it behaves. No reply from the supplier yet. I know eircom are working on the exchange so it that is resolved I'll go back to thats c line source as my buddy is giving it to me for free.

    i have had no reply either,trying to watch the game on sly s1 its freezing like mad every few minutes anywhere between 3 and 18 seconds thankfully i didnt sign up for 12 months..

    Got a reply but its standard FAQ BS reply see below.
    watching the match as well and its holding well with some interuptions not as bad as sat night but if its going to be like this all the time no way would I sign up to 12 months. The one month subscription is a stability test and its failing. Just went now :)

    its better tonite just the odd glitch/freeze there is no doubt that our isp is crappy as well 2 crappys = not good
