hi mate have you put in the whole n line ? I mean theres a bit at the end called the deskey it looks like this (did you copy and paste that bit aswell?)
    010203040506070809101112131415

you need to copy and paste all of the line .

when you put in the n line did you ensure there was no # symbol at the start of the line ? if theres a # symbol the line wont work . also if you edit cccam or add a line to it then its always best to restart cccam after . I don't know what image your vu has but if its got blackhole image to restart cccam press the blue button and then press the ok button , after that press the exit but and try a pay channel .

you say the n line worked fine in the blade so then it should also work in the vu , so if after you've done the above the line still doesn't work well then you need to check your Ethernet cable and ensure the box is connecting to the net . some times the router doesn't see a box and if that happens the box wont have an ip address and then it wont be able to connect to the net all tho this is rare , but we can still check that out ,what I always do is ensure the box is on and powered up before I switch on the router that way all being well the router should always see the box .

disconnect the Ethernet cable from the box and router , then reconnect them ensuring they are connected properly , then power off and unplug the box and then power off and unplug the router . now plug in and switch on the box and let it start up and go to a free channel , then plug in and power on the router and let it boot up (I usually allow 30 seconds to a minute for the router to boot up . now if your n line is entered FULLY and correctly / theres no # symbol at the start of the line / and you have restarted cccam well then all being well you should be able to go to a pay channel and it will open .

Hi piopat, yes I did copy and paste all that was in the email, the last part of the n line reads, "piprap 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10
    11 12 13 14"
Which is spread over 2 lines and only goes up to 14 and not 15 as shown on your example; also I note your example shows no spaces between numbers, whereas mine shows a space between each number; will this make any difference?

sorry mate I should have only gone to 14 like this
    0102030405060708091011121314

sorry mate my mistake . there shouldn't be any gaps in the deskey mate it should be as I posted above , so that may be why its not working mate so close all the gaps in the deskey and then save and exit and then restart cccam and see if the pay channels open .

Have you tried tuning them in?
Have you checked your 'all channels' list?

mojo mate did follow my previous instructions on this thread to update the frequencies on your box ? , if you haven't that's why your missing BT sports . even with a newer box sooner or later you will probably end up again with the same problem , what ever box you use at some point it will need updating , it will need to have new frequencies added etc .

mojo mate I appreciate its not easy and its probably your first time but I can promise you my instructions are designed to be newbie friendly , I wouldn't advise you are anyone to do some thing if I thought they couldn't or shouldn't .but what I told you to do is right and its the easiest method , and don't forget im here to talk you through any thing that may be troubling you. and as fintann says updating your satellite.xml file wont affect your c line as the are different things .

    you can download one here
    http://satellites-xml.eu/

just click on all , and then type the security code into the little box and them click on download .the security code is just to the right of the little box .
