Hi My KV box does not pick up the premium channels all the time. Only twice this week I have been able to get the sports or any pay channels on it. I have the latest software installed, I have also factory reset and re-scanned many times but have only managed to recieve all the channels a couple of times. Im in the london area and was wondering if anyone else has this probem down my way?
when u say pick em up are you saying not at all? Or they are there but not clearing? If they are not appearing it points to a weak signal, I would reflash the box, reset and re-scan on a good strong signal
hi they were there but not showing, so i switched of the homeplug for 30 secs and it seems to have fixed the problem. the channels started to work. thanks guys.
