About Roxio

    Do I have to take Roxio off in order to burn the dvds?

    NO you don't have to completely remove Roxio to burn a disc, most of the time. Most people it won't give them any trouble to leave it on their comp and use another burn engine. Others, it causes so many device and software conflicts that it's nickname has become "The media whore".... or something like that...LOL

    If you have a program like AnyDVD, Nero, Alcohol 120 or Decrypter, they each have their own burn engine, and don't even use Roxio.

    So it's personal preference. If you want to remove it go ahead. If it isn't causing you any problems, I'd just leave it. :)
