About to buy parts for my PC, would appreciate advice

    If you buy a dell monitor, a card reader is built into the side of it, along with a USB2 Hub.

    The 2408 should be superb Shaff, but I haven't looked closely into it myself.

    Thanks guys, I have now purchased some of the parts but I am still waiting for these to drop a bit in price.

    4870x2, should I go with Visiontek? I heard that they have a lifetime warranty.

    And the Q9550, is it really worth the $50 extra? I've read on the internet that it overclocks pretty much the same as the Q9450.

    Lastly, I should go with the x48-DS4 right? Basically there's very little difference between that and the x48-DQ6?

    If you're overclocking there's no real reason to get the faster CPU, because it will end up at almost the same speed.
    The X48-DS4 is fine for pretty much anyone, the DQ6 does the same job.
    Visiontek, sapphire, HIS, Asus are all decent GPU manufacturers.
