ac3 to mp2

    Is there any other program to do this besides besweet? I tried it and the quality of the mp2 file was not satisfactory.

    One of the Best Audio encoders for AC3 to MP2 or WAV decodeing/Encodeing is called "Headac3he", it is Freeware and a Very Good Quality encoder but the encodeing speed isn"t that good but the Quality is...You can download it here :
