Im trying to delete Pinnacle Studio 8 off my computer to put a new verion on... whenever i try to uninstall it i get this error "C:\DOCUME~1\Owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\{5858122f-785a-46e5-9e1f-d2343f047438}\isrt.dll" No matter what i do i cannot find a way to delete this file...If i try to get in and delete this file from command prompt using the erase command it just says Access is Denied....PLEASE HELP!
in windows explorer, move all the files to a different folder or drive if you have one. once they are moved,reboot machine and then go delete them. You can also get add/remove 2004 program and it will do it for you.
