acer aspire 3690 series

hi i have an acer aspire 3690 series with windows vista.last night i got my mate to change the vista for windows xp.now i have no sound,camera,bluetooth etc....i downloaded all the drivers well i taught i did but still not working.the main thing is the sound.what should i do?thank you

Hi mate,
You need to install the drivers for your hardware.
Go to MY COMPUTER right click then click proberties, hardware and finally click device mannager.
In Device Manager you would see all your hardware which needs drivers installed. The ones with a question mark on them shows whats not working. Double click on the and update drivers.
To download drivers go to
http://support.acer-euro.com/drivers/notebook/as_3690.html
and download the drivers you need. If you download "audio driver realtek ver...." and once downloaded open the folder and click on setup you will have sound once you have done this...

By the way i soughted everything out except the dvd rom and touchpad, im ussing an external mouse....
