Activating me phone withought upgrading ios

    Please help. I purchased a used iPhone 7+ that has been restored to factory settings. I attempted to transfer everything from my 6 to this 7 via iCloud and when I get so far it will not let me go further without updating to iOS 11.4. I do not want to upgrade I want to keep 11.2.6. Please help

    If you have all your info stored on your computer as well, connect to iTunes and reload everything that way.
    As for iCloud, I think you have no choice but to upgrade to the latest iOS version in order to accomplish what you need to do.
