Try using this site to get activated. Have license I.D. and Password from original package or download. http://www.nycsoftware.com/DVDxCopy/support/index.htm Better yet, why not use Shrink and Decryptor and forget you ever worked with a 321 product. You will get more control and better results.
Shrink and Decrypter are great alternatives, but T7of9 has already purchased Platinum ... so might as well get it to work T7of9, What have you tried? Are you using the license and password that came with it? It helps if you make sure your time and date format is mm/dd/yyyy, and it helps if you disable all firewalls when trying to activate.
