Active HTML Desktop Guide---Come on in!

Hey guys that wanna stretch the image across the screen instead of tiles, why dont u download Image Resizer (one of the XP Power Toys) from the microsoft website ? It works fine for me

its hard for me to follow the guide when i don't understand it. Okay I have notepad as well as texteditor, and then I opened up the link with all the colors in html, yes I am that far but then it all of a sudden jumps to a file that is .css. And i don't know what that is.

 

You're supposed to use the html and css files provided within this thread, not make your own one from scratch (since it doesn't explain how). So PM and I'll send.
