ActiveSync stops installing at 92%

    I am trying to install activesync. It stops responding at 92% each time. Not sure what to do from here.

    yes the lastest version does the same thing

    I would do the most obvious thing, check the system requirements.

    I had the same problem when I installed. Make sure that ActivSync is not running in the task bar. That fixed the problem for me!

    Also try and disable any background services or programs not required, especially an anti-virus program. You should be able to install completely and then restart your system and any background progs/anti-virus ect. Active Sync needs to update certain system files and if they are in use at the time it wont install. It took me four attempts before i worked it out, I then tried it on my laptop and installed first time,also ensure you are using the latest version,3.8. Hope this helps out
