Hello all - we recently purchased an Acura RDX which has DVD-Audio playback capability. I was under the (mistaken) impression that I would be able to play some new Depeche Mode DVDs I purchased recently. The DVDs are in 5.1, but apparently not in DVD-Audio format. Is there any way to convert them? Thanks!

This is the desciption of the disc set(s):

"Digitally remastered double disc edition of the Depeche Mode classic album that includes a hybrid SACD of the original studio album coupled with a DVD-A (NTSC/RC-0) with the full contents of the SACD plus 8 bonus tracks and a band featurette."

It appears that the discs are DVD-Vs as opposed to DVD-As.

They are indeed DVD-V discs, and not DVD-A.
    Why? Who Knows!

    Thanks for the help.

Using DVD Audio Extractor and DVD Audio Solo I was able to convert them.
