Stick with microsoft antispyware and ad aware se personal. The pro version detects the same as the personal version, and the realtime protection isn't all that, and can complicate use of your windows a bit.
As for spysweeper, the paid version is good if used in combination with ad aware se personal, and is just as good as microsft anti spyware.

i see so i think i might aswell stick with ms anti spyware.
i might give spysweeper a try but i have never had any issues with spyware since ive been using ms antispyware in combination with spybot s&d, ewido anti malware and ad aware se.

thanks for the reply Daniel_G apriciate it mate.

I'd personally dump Spybot, it's given me more problems than the spyware it was supposed to remove (which it didn't remove at all)

Unless you are willing to pay for webroot, just stick with MS antispyware.

yeh i could just "buy" webroot spysweeper anytime..

do you think its worth "buying" webroot spysweeper?

In my opinion, paying absurd amounts of money each year just to renew a service on products like firewalls, avs's and anti spyware is for suckers... Is that an acceptable answer? :)

that should cover all your spyware needs, btw i decided to stick with microsft anti spyware for realtime p[rotection instead of "buying" spysweeper.
