since my son decided to mess about with my pc , when i try to move a video file on copy dvd , i click on add video file then a little box appears at the bottom of the page asking to search for file when i search it says file not compatible ? has anyone got a clue how to restore it to how it was before please help
After you click Add Video files you will get a "window" where your files are located. At the bottom make sure you select All Supported Video Files.
thanx for that iv managed to get 1 file over but the others wont go ! they are all avi files i dont understand any more ideas ????
OK, what version of Nero are you using, I remember having this problem with a particular version and had to eventually adopt the " Drag and Drop " method, so I changed versions...problem solved. I think it was 7.5.5.1
