Seriously though, if you want to stop stop, then mix rav009's (always) sagely advice with Domreis' words of wisdom, delete your account, and go do something else. Go outside. Blaze up those goofeyboots with some homies. Play some football. You know?

 

May I ask what you find to do on MySpace that occupies at least 5 hours of your day?

Lol, only joking . But honestly now, how can you have nothing else to do besides spend all your time on Myspace? Deleting your account was a great step forward, don't start regretting it already and say you have nothing to do now.

 

I really liked myspace to look at pretty girls and talk to much of people. Am i the only one who is addicted. I'm gonna go out and swim for little bit. Hopefuly that'll help.

Rihgt682, ride your bike - that's good fun and keeps you fit. I go at least 3 times a week and more if I can fit it in. Gives me something to do when I'm not "allowed out" or have homework to do.

 

OMG i never thought it would be this hard to not login to myspace!!!!

 

get some good PC games if its that hard to be physically active. command and conquer 3, Half Life 2 with its mods, and elder scrolls oblivion should be enough to occupy your time

 

To put it frankly, you need to get a life.

It's not hard, you're just being weak. Sure, some people have more addictive personalities than others, but anyone can give up something if they try hard enough. There are measures you can take to stop yourself *even getting onto* myspace.com, but you obviously haven't taken them.
