adding new firmware to ev and starview

hi i was wondering by adding the new firmware 2 the ev 5 and original starview will it save me having 2 manually input the new codes on both boxes ? thanks in advance alan

hi guys, in need of help. am trying to install the new cryptstar firmware all goes ok up to the point when after i have pressed the bin file button and found the soft ware the stb model box stays empty and the download wont start,i have tried the help and it says i can just write in the name in the stb box but that does not work either. any ideas????

hey celtic 71 i have a starview orignal box downloaded the film firware 4.01 but dnt no how to send it to box just keeps sayin open with and then goin to d internet wat do i do? also sayin sumtin abt a cd hlp me plz thank you...
