Ok so i have two questions. first i dont have an ethernet cable so i jus burn the emulators to dvd, but when i try to add it, it gets to 8% and then freezes, is there anything i can do about that. and two i want to add new skins, instead of the lames ones i have now, does anyone know a site, and how i can add them without using an ethernet cable, like burn them to dvd or something
Skins can be found the auto installer packages. There are websites that host individual skins. If it freezes its either your pc or bad dvd media. Free up some system resources by closing applications that run in the background, anything you dont need that appears on the taskbar like a virus scanner. You can add skins or any other individual app by creating a normal data recording. Some dashboards freeze when it detects a data disc a non xiso. XBMC is the way to go, use the file explore and transfer contents.
