I’m trying to make a compilation CD using Nero 6 and several of tracks were originally ripped without any Artist or Title captured. I tried editing the track details/info for each and manually entering the Artist name and track Title, but the track still gets displayed as “track01” or something like that instead of “Jack Johnson – Flake”. Any idea how to correct this so that when I print the liner notes I’ll see it? Thanks,

    Mike

try this and see if it works.
1.Go to the folder of the tracks
2.Highlight the song and right click your mouse
    3.click on RENAME
4.Type the name of the Artist and the song Title and at the end type.mp3

example:Jack Johnson – Flake.mp3 and press enter or click anywhere in the screen.

After you've done that double click it and see if it plays and if it does then maybe (I don't use nero to burn discs,I use Roxio) the name will appear correctly instead of Track 1.

If you still have problems then writte back here and I'll be happy to name the tracks if you can't do it :).
