    Hello guys,

I have a quick question, I am just starting out in backing up my DVDs.

Last night I tried to backup Scarface, followed DVD Shrink v3.0 beta guide from dvdshrink.info. Successfully re-authorized the dvd, burned it with Burnatonce (again by following the instructions to the letter).

However after burnatonce notified that it successfully finished writing the dvd, I tried to play it on my PC and DVD player, but it appears that the DVD is empty.

Is it because burnatonce didn't finalize the DVD, if so how do I do it now? Or is it something else?

Does it matter if I use DVD-R or DVD+R?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Make sure your media is compatable with your recorder. For example my Toshiba burner says "DVD-RW" so I can only record "-" media. Some burners use either and will have a +/-.

Thank you for your resonses. I beleive that I found the problem. Burnatonce does not support DVD+R disks.
