If the files are still on your hard drive, just use dvd shrink, open files, and find that title and do as your normal process.

If re-ripping a backup copy, use dvd decrypter in Mode iso read and Mode iso write, find the mds file and burn.

Use quality media and a sensible 4x burn speed on your first backup that you plan to re-rip for less errors. Too many errors, and then you'll get crc errors. Also:
    No multi-tasking
    No paper/sticker labels
Keep the burn from reaching the outer edge of disc.

You want your first backup copy to be as error free as possible. The quality of dvd-rw drives can also add up to those errors.

What brand name and model# is your dvd-rw drive?
    How fast do you burn?
What is brand name/speed rate/and format of your blank media?

    I use Sony DVD + R.
    Dvd8631 Phillips. I use DVDD at 1x.
Once i made a backup i get errors dont wont let me read it so i can have it on my Harddrive. (Thus not being able to make another copy)

Try speeding up the burn from 1x to 4x. I've been encountering more of those little errors at a slow burn speed of 2.4x. On my MCC=004,The best scans are at 8x and 12x,compared to the 4x speed in my benq 1640.

I see you are trying to backup to hard drive.I though you may have been trying it on the fly which I usually do.

Phillips 8631: Not one of the finer burners. Here's some of the usual problems with that drive:

I had an HP 640c lightscribe that came with my pc.Too many errors despite using taiyo yuden media so I had to ditch it for my benq 1620! I was unable to re-rip those HP backups using dvd decrypter in ISO mode.I'm glad I backed up my OS with the benq instead of that HP!
