Fanx for that Malci, all well so far but the red-2-5-2-0 function is stll not working. could i be doing something wrong?

 

The RED - 2520 only works on boxes that I supply. If you bought it elsewhere, you will have to load firmware yourself which is already activated.

 

you need to put firmware on it first for it to work you there is no need for you to anything else then

hi am trying to get firmwear for eurovox ex1100 usb downloaded it but cant open it its abs file can anyone help

PUTTING FIRMWARE ON YOUR BOX
Put the firmware on a USB stick and put it in the receiver Press -> Menu-tools-Upgrade by USB, highlight the firmware file and press RED to flash and OK to confirm 10 seconds later its done.

hi everyone new to the site but wondering if anyone can help i bought the ex1100 yesterday and got it home and found the software on this thread and flashed it and everything was fine however today whilst tying to watch the match i got a message flashing up on the screen " slot 0 card in" then "slot 0 card out" and flashing btween the 2 until the screen freezes i was wondering if anyone has had this problem ir if anyone knows how i can sort it out without reflashing it, thanks for any help with this

I just got my ex1100 and EVERY channel is working perfectly. I couldnt be happier. Thanks for all the info guys, thanks for the firmware n thanks for all the help your probably gonna have to give me along the way Something always goes wrong.
