    So what is your real budget? If you're using anything less than a HDTV the computer will look horrible. Just get a real monitor.

    Does your TV have an S-Video input? If it does, just use a straight S-Video cable, which the GPU should come with. Oh by the way these cables will probably only be included with a retail graphics card, so avoid buying specifically Ati or Nvidia cards, go with ones with brand names, such as HIS, Sapphire, Gigabyte, Asus, XFX, BFG and EVGA.
