Alright i'm having some trouble with Nero Express

that is an older log

i still haven't been able to even attempt a burn, so i can't produce any logs right now

but infotool tells me that firmware A209 is installed, so that's not the problem

 

I found something in your first log you posted and I have sent it to Creaky for an explanation
