alternative to paint shop

    I know Iknow wrong forum & way off subject but had to ask does any body know where to get a reasonable(free) alternative to paint shop pro just wondering out loud
    feel free to put postin proper forum as I am unable to find one

    while not nearly as powerful as GIMP or Paint shop, there is another freeware image editor that is a replacement for the paint program that comes with windows. Microsoft worked with students at a university(can't remember which) to develop the program. Not shabby for quick and easy projects.....
