Hi I have a Sharp VL-E650U camcorder. it believe it is analog cause it records to the small tapes. My question is, How do i get the video from the small tapes to the computer? the only outlet on the camcorder is a audio/video output where a single male cable goes into.

please reccommend me a cable and software or whatever i will need to complete this. cheaper the better. thanks a lot! im new to the camcorder part of this site. :) thanks for the patience.

If you want cheap than any jack plug that splits into RCA cables will do. The Hauppauge WinTV cards are cheap and can capture video to your PC for editing or converting to DVD.
