android box internet capacity

    Dear Sirs
    I have an android box. I have 250mb internet.
    connected by ethernet.
    when i do a speed test on android box it maxs at 40mb.
    can getover 200mb when connected to laptop.
    my question is are android boxes limited in capacity?
