I have been all over the board reading everyones posts and how to's. Problem is, mine wont.

Im using DVD Decrypter V3.5.2.0, Shrink V3.2.0.15, Any DVD trial v4.5.6.2. I get error messages from both programs, I even went in and changed the PIO mode to DMA. Still I get errors. Could it be that mt computer is too slow? This is getting really frustrating. Any help is GREATLY appreciated. Thank you.

Try uninstalling anydvd first, then try decrypter. Make sure that the disc is not dirty and buff the scratches the best you can. The new decrypter will rip this without a prob on the default settings. Good luck.

Should I use decrypter on File mode or ISO read mode?

Try file mode and also "backup" instead of re-author.

I've also tried to see what's out there about this problem and most are saying it's a bad disk. Does this happen with any other DVD movie? Have you tried VobBlanker along with DVD Shrink instead of DVD Decrypter?

I used DVD Decrypter V3.5.2.0 in ISO read mode and it worked without any problems. In Decrypter settings, you can turn off "Read Retries", or set it to a very low level.

My problem seems to be coming from 1 file:

    VTS_03_4.VOB

Its the same file everytime it stalls.

Try cleaning the disc and buffing it the best you can. The slightest mar, as insignificant as it looks can affect the ripping process.

You can use Decryptor in ISO mode...

When its down open Shrink ---Open Files (select the ISO file you created) Then use Shrink as you normally would.
