    a. I had some "pulled pork" that I smoked for about 14 hours yesterday... hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm goooooooooooood!!!! :D

    a. pretty close.. :D (salt but NOT much), black pepper, Paprika (smoked if I can get it.... and lots of it), garlic (granulated and lots of it too), onion powder, cumin (just a little), no real HEAT used... don't want the meat to take on the hotter flavors... family doesn't like it and besides I like to taste the meat if at all possible. :D

    q. What meat do I do next weekend?? /me thinks about some chicken.... /me likey YARD BIRD!!!! :D

    A. Chicken. My fav rub is 50/50 lawrys seasoned salt and reg salt
    Home made bbq sauce at the end (last 1 hr of smoking) sauce is tomato sauce, sugar,vinegar,and hot sauce to taste ( Oh that sweet and hot flavor on good smoked chicken is soooooo goooood)


    Q.Favorite type of smoker ? Mine is a horizontal brinkman style with a separate firebox next to the smoking section with a vertical smoke stack. My fav woods are mesquite and oak
