ROFL.... I went completely blank when posting that question. Yes it is ammonium sulfate.

NOW it really depends on your situation. If you already have an acid soil then the "calcium" product is better but if you have a normal situation then the "ammonium" product is good. Of course this assumes that you don't have a serious salt problem then you need to look at the "calcium" product again. lol.
