    i was thinking about buying the buying zone alarm internet security suite, is there anything else you guys could recommend?

    Yes, the following FREE programs:

    Ccleaner, AVG, Spybot, ZoneAlarm Free, AD-Aware SE,Ewido and SpywareBlaster.

    Run them Ccleaner, AD-Aware and Ewido every day for a Super Clean computer.
