Any finnish lawyers around ?

    Just a fast question, any desicion of an U.S court about a civil case conserning a foreign citicen, is it valid or enforcable in Finland ?

    I can only say , in Holand, a desicion of a U.S court about a civil case conserning a foreign citicen, is valid , until a Dutch court rules it invalid!!

    i don't know about finland though!!

    Thanks, I was hoping for someone who knows about finnish law. And I am talking about a NON U.S citizen :)

    I imagine it would, especially being a non-US citizen tried in America the laws are bound to be imposed there.
