any freeware for burning DVDs on Mac?

    i dont know much abut macs
    but am trying to help a friend out...

    any freeware to burn a dvd once its ripped?

    toast and fast dvd copy you have to pay for right?

    right.. rip with Mac The Ripper.. then make an image.. then burn..
    the compression part is where there is no way to do it

    if there is a pc in the house tho.. and you've got an ipod or someway to transfer over to pc.. that's what i do.
