i have vista and cannot get my krzr to read. i have mpt, but i still get nothing. help a hillbilly out!
Whats up Me and my wife just got 2 moto Razor Krzr K1m Fires and she had trouble with her phone. When she plugged it in the PC didn't recognize it. I tried all kinds of stuff with no luck so then i called Verizon (my provider) and he said that that happens to some of the phones and he sent us an email with links to a fix and instructions on how to do this. Here are the links. Unless you have Verizon i would try your provider first. I hope this helps you.
