I have been reading things about ccleaner and I'm not sure what to think. Has any1 used it?, if yes, the proper settings that I should use. Because I heard of some problems about deleting registry files. I would like to use it but I'm so paranoid now. This program is freeware btw.

Any comments or tips would be appreciated, thanks.

Of course with any registry changes, you should always make a backup before changes are made which CCleaner gives you the option to do.
